Polish & Buff

A process that produces a mirror finish without the need for an additional plated coating; primarily used in the motorcycle industry.  A series of polishing operations removes any imperfections from the customers casting, forging or stamping and prepares it for the buffing sequence. We use a 2 step buffing process that enables us to achieve a consistent high level mirror finish.
